In Elizabeth, NJ...there is this small italian ice shack on the side of a neighborhood street. I heard that they made $2MM in revenues last year. There is hardly ever a time, when there is not somebody in front of you...trying to buy an ice. If they can make $2MM, a cigar kiosk can easily make $1MM, and cigars cost a lot more than italian ices.
