100 Million to BANX is a footnote to the financial statements if they have a better sounding plan. DBS is great, I've been satellite oriented for over ten years, but the local channel access is a major advantage and the ability to control progams to specific times. I think we're still alive here; selling at a buck fifty before the verdict seeems crazy. BANX will surrrender their warrants if they want totally out and then there is no deal.
