Actually, Winstar should do very well in complimenting its 38GHz business with LMDS. As a wireless CLEC, I would not be surprised if Winstar was also interested in CAI's spectrum! Of course, Winstar would either purchase the spectrum rights directly from CAI or acquire them in bankruptcy court.
