My report on competitor Books.com: Ordered some "in-stock" books on 7/7 at 3:00 pm, they shipped on 7/13, and I received them 7/17. Compared to Amazon, this is a bit slow, especially taking six days to fill my order. In addition, I could not track the UPS shipment like Amazon allows, and the Books.com website is clunky compared to Amazon's. On the upside, I saved money over both Amazon's and Barnes & Noble's prices, and best of all, I didn't give any money to this overinflated pig.
