Jim,

See my post to Dale about what all this means. It means MOT wants to buy AMD but they will do it after:

A) AMD is out of cash

B) Dresden is equipped.

This technology sharing agreement is MOTs way of making sure that AMD's next process is the same as theirs and that when the buy them they can make AMD product on their other fab lines with little hassle. Anything else you hear from the meeting is smoke.
