Good. Get the company to commit to some numbers. They should be providing this type of info freely to their investors anyway. Ask about future shares too. If my info is off all the better for you. The real issue is to know what you are dealing with. It is much better if the company cooperates. I got a message that they haven't released their transfer agent's name. You have a right to it and they have the share info at their fingertips. Insist on TSIG giving you the agent's name and telephone number. I'm gone. djb
