definition of S-3, go to Yahoo, punch in blue, select sec filings, select edgar online, click on s-3

You won't understand the definition, or if you do let me know.

Anyway, from the s-3's filed by blue I read 2, 1 talked about increasing SOS from 6+ mm to 8+mm, and the most recent 7+mm to 8+mm

not sure what it all means, but for me it would be a signal to dig further, could be good, could be bad.

I scaned over the filing and it was talking about debt at one point. If they issued more shares to retire debt, that could be OK. No real time to study the thing, just a first impression
