if you would be dealing with normal rational investors then that would be true. But just take a look at the posts about class action suites and lawers e-mails -- gives a brand new meaning to "ambulance chasing". CAWS is stranded for cash and if there would be a class action suite they would be forced to file bankruptcy. If this company is not yet dead those few idiots will finish it. And some of those idiots sold their shares a while back but they want a peace of the action anyway. oh, well...
