Relevant To Emerson Radio (MSN), Sports Supply Group (GYM), Hot-Line at the CHEAP Investor states that (GYM) is expected to Report a profitable Qt. Next week.
Emerson Radio (MSN) owns 35% of GYM and has about a $30 Million Dollar Profit Value in their investment in (GYM). Using MSN's outstanding share # this GYM Profit figures equal to a value of about $.50 cents per common share for Emerson, with MSN's stock currently priced at $.50 cents, one would assume that there is opportunity in MSN's stock.

Many feel there may be a Take-Over or Buy-Out of Emerson which adds to the speculation in MSN..
Even MORE Interesting MSN is VERY MUCH EXPECTED to Report a RETURN to PROFITS around August 15th which will be their 1st QT. for fiscal 1999. This FIRST QT. is traditionally MSN's worse Qt. of the 4. If this FIRST Qt. is as expected, one would assume that MSN's is destined for a TURNARROUND. This would also make Emerson attractive for the above mentioned BUY-OUT.
One example of what can happen in a BUY-OUT occurred this week with DEPCC...Not that Emerson would fetch the same price, however the percentage of GAIN is expected to be MORE, should such a BUY-OUT occur..

This information is for your consideration and not a suggestion to BUY or SELL stock. That is your personal decision to make..

Regards,
Malcolm
