Dr. Drees talked about one other application of PHER-02 in saving of lives that has not been touched upon. At the scene of THOUSANDS of accidents where immediate blood transfusion would save a persons life, rescue personnel are unable to give human blood on the spot because of typing & cross matching. Pher-02 could be carried right on the rescue vehicle and administered immediately. Just think of it!
