I don't think we know that drilling will begin in August. You may have seen that on a Seinfeld show or something... All we "officially" know is that they "commenced" doing preliminaries last April. There was an episode of Seinfeld where they were talking about waiting on a couple of last permits they needed to start drilling... Todd
