Hagedorn seemed upbeat during the April conference call. Something must have happened over this past quarter. Could have been:

1. John disagreed with something so strongly that he had no other option than to resign.

2. He saw very little future in the company.

3. Alex wasn't happy with his performance as CFO.

I'd eliminate option #3. He's a bright, talented guy, from what I've heard and seen. It's therefore very troubling to think that #1 and #2 are possibilities. The change in the CFO position again in such a short period of time may be a reflection more on the problems with the top guy.

So John R., when is it time to throw in the towel on C-Cube? The trend has been down for the past few years and it doesn't seem like things are improving much for shareholders. I'd like to hang on for another six months but it really seems like I'd at least get a positive return in another equity. Too much chaos, controversy, and crap with this investment.

Thoughts?
