Michael-- You are making serious allegations. You sound like you know what you are talking about. All this makes me nervous, and bears out my misgivings about our little "gem." $50k/mo=$600,000/year. That's 2.5›/sh earnings, not bad to start, but if it is being siphoned off, as you suggest, then it won't do the company or its stockholders a lick of good. I am looking forward to further reports from you. We all need to know the truth about our small and not-so-small investments. Rick
