Jack you're such a wit.
Please note the correct way to use you're vs your.

I only schedule one patient every 20 minutes. New patients get two blocks. I have two back office assistants and two front office assistants. I don't take low-paying managed health plans' patients, but I will admit my income from medicine is about half what it was in 1991. However, that still means that I have only have 60 hours off twice a month. (one such time is starting now, this evening) Last year I had an average 98% return on 5 portfolios, so I can afford to be a "gentleman" doctor. My investment income was double my income as a physician. I use "Naturally Speaking" (voice recognition software) for my office notes and the efficiency and quality of my office systems were featured in a national publication last year.
A long time ago I learned that a week has 168 hours in it. So having a 60 hour work week leaves plenty of time to get on the net, play golf and function as a board member and treasurer for a small ($80 million) corporation.
I have met some very sharp people on the internet. I've also met some dullards. Working with stocks is simple compared to many of the other challenges I face, so it is a break for me.
Please don't try to pierce my identity, if you do, Zebra will have to leave the net. I have a lot of people looking at my public persona, and the net is too easy to follow. If you doubt I am what I say, then you will have to live with those doubts, I have nothing to prove here.
I never try to impress people who don't impress me.
