I think Maisels is a qualified expert in the field of infant jaundice. I don't know if the science works, but Maisels has said that initial studies indicate it does, but further testing is needed before the device can be relied upon. The question that remains for me, is whether the device has a market. CCSI has to convince a manufacturer and distributor that the market does exist before there can be a "deal."
