I wouldn't eliminate 3., If he was so smart why did he leave INTC
What did he do for the last 1-2 years at CUBE? He sure didn't guide
the analyst correctly.

But I agree when a CFO (insider who knows all there is to know about a company) quits that is a bad sign. If Hegedorn had any loyalty to the
owners(shareholders) he would state why he is leaving, so We don't have this uncertainty... cooked books, lower revenue, etc...

Only good thing about a new CFO is he can't do worst then what
Hegedorn has done so far...

I think CUBE insiders need to show confidence in the company by
buying shares for themselves now.
Have a shareholder meeting about a spinoff of Divi.
Have a new independent accountant go over the books.

The balance sheet looked good, except for the inventory build up.
So if the books are not cooked then the stock sure does look cheap.
