what month calls? by the way...when an employee exercises options they are either excersised and held at the option cost without an actual trade or they are excersised and immidiately sold on ythe exchange. The only bias excersising an option can have is a negative one because of the sell transaction....as u say though unless they are done in large volume it won't effect the price anyhow.
