So what?

Jetta makes an excellent point..if he were talking about another stock. But TSQD is off the radar screen, it has no analysts, no institutional ownership, and its price has been languishing for a long time, and volume has been narrow until today. Hardly a herd mentality if the stock is underfollowed!

MJ, if you had bothered to read past postings on this thread, you would be aware that most of us are aware of TSQD the company. It's nice to know you can read a 10K and I don't mind you repeating it all, but it is a little bit annoying when you simply accept Jetta's interpretation that there is nothing but a "herd" on this board.

What is so strange about sales being down and profits up? You seem mystified. Fair enough. But when you see that, it means the company is tightening its belts, reducing expenses. In another words, margins are improving. That's good, not bad.

We are all aware of Ronning's sales. TSQD paid him only $17 last year in salary....and leased him a car. He has an option to buy 1.5 million TSQD shares in September for $1.50. If he exercises that, he will be back to where he started from. Selling 1.5 million shares at $3 then buying them back at $1.50. I'm sure he likes the math.
