Go? go where?

further into the gutter?

So they found one company that was too messy even for them.
The hidden surprises to anyone that holds these shares are many:

- insiders selling as the stock is hitting bottom (I hope it's bottom)
- financial performance reviews that say all the changes are due to acquisitions during the year (duh)
- related party transactions that may or may not be fully disclosed.

If these guys want to know how to increase shareholder value, they don't need to hire a consultant to tell them. It's obvious:

- be smart about insider trading, move when the market won't wonder what the hell your doing

- provide meaningful analysis of results

- provide targets and report against those targets

- provide investors with some insight on the how all these little companies provide value greater than the sum of the parts.

- protect current shareholders from a flood of selling of new shares everytime an acquisition is completed

If you haven't noticed, technology stocks have been booming lately and telecommunications has been high on the list of industries leading the way. The reason this dog is in the tank is because of management decisions without consideration to shareholder value.
