This question may have been asked earlier. Can anyone make sense of this for me? Dell spends .60 to.70 cents of every dollar buying back shares. Yet the shareholders have approved a 3 BILLION increase in shares. A long term holder and a little confused. Can someone clear the confusion for me. Kat
