If you want to receive information from the defendants' perspective, the C Oppedahl page on the e-data case and subscription to their e-mail distribution list can be found at :- patents.com Mr Oppedahl usually reproduces transcriptions of the hearings and provides other information as it comes to hand. You can also subscribe to the E-Data mailing list if you visit their home page, but I have heard very little from them in the past several months. Their home page, if you already don't know, is :- 3wnet.com:80/corp/edata/ (This home page seems to take forever to download though) I agree with you about the risk vs reward scenario. At 1.50 or therabouts, the upside is huge compared to the potential losses and for a relatively small investment, the profits could be substantial. Regards, Durro
