Tree Brewing Company Ltd. Shares are Listed, Posted and Called for Trading on the Vancouver Stock Exchange
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(VSE-"HOP") Tree Brewing Company Ltd. (the "Company") announces that it has completed its initial public offering of 1,600,000 common shares of the Company at $1.00 per share for total proceeds of $1,600,000. Goepel McDermid Inc. (the "Agent") acted as Agent with respect to the offering. The Agent received an Agent's fee of $112,000. The Agent also received Agent's Warrants exercisable into a maximum of 320,000 common shares of the Company for a period of two years at a price of $1.00 per share in the first year and at a price of $1.15 per share in the second year.
Effective at the opening of trading on June 18, 1998, the Company's common shares are listed, posted and called for trading on the Vancouver Stock Exchange under the symbol "HOP".
The Company is a Kelowna based micro-brewery which distributes its beer throughout the Okanagan, Interior, Lower Mainland and Alberta. Its four brands are Tree Amber Ale, Tree Blonde Lager, Tree Red Ale and Tree Spy Dark Lager.
