<NAR> Thread: I am interested in hearing what the benefits and drawbacks are of QWST related to competitors like Frontier, IXC, Level 3, MCI/Worldcom, AT&T. I understand that QWST's major benefit of traditional telcos like AT&T is that they built their high-capacity network from the ground up, not by upgrading. But, how does QWST rate compared to the other young "Bandwidth Barrons"??
