Tony, thanks for the analysis. I am a bit surprised this news today didn't boost the stock price. But we have seen the street act illogically many times before haven't we? :-)

Here's a bit of news regarding how to utilize this amazing speed.

Can you imagine how much small to medium size companies could save using video conferencing on a routine basis?

I'm not surprised to see Cisco hit an all-time high today! :-)

NEW SURVEY SHOWS HUGE INTEREST IN VIDEOCONFERENCING

July 17, 1998

TELECOMWORLDWIRE : Videoserver, a video conferencing company, has revealed results of a survey of attendants of an interactive business seminar. Most of those surveyed -- 87% -- felt video conferencing would benefit their business and 61% planned to implement networked audio, video and data transfer within a year. The seminar was a joint educational venture by VideoServer, Intel, Microsoft and Cisco.
