I hear you on the losses...those are never fun and tend make a guy a bit gun shy...lol Been there done that. :(( The shares Logan used to make the recent aquisitions are those restricted shares? Can the folks who got the shares sell them in mass causing the stock to drop? Not sure how that works. LT
