I think the price will continue to drift downward with occasional dead hat bounces until they finalize the merger and raise the funds to afford a rig.

Again, perhaps it was the cathartic nature of the ocean, but I will NEVER EVER believe they can't find an oil rig with oil prices at mutli year lows. JMHO of course.

Moreover, the more I hear that excuse, the angrier I get because it hits at the very core of my intellect. Hell, I may be dumb but I ain't stupid.

I will continue to believe that, as with EVERYTHING they have failed to do, the reason is the lack of funds. I just wish they would come clean and admit it.
