Betty's post covered the demonstration and presentation real good. Expect the merger to be completed in JUN/JUL time frame if all goes will. The new company should be profitable from its inception. If the merger does not go thur the distribution and manufacturing agreements are still good. Bob approached Voice It about the joining of companies. It was a question posed to him. The Patent belongs to the Company and not to Mr. NORRIS. I believe in the long run that this will be in our best interest. Getting to cash flow positive by end of year is a little behind schedule but steps being taken to cure that if all goes well. Window 95 release delay is the reason for being a little behind. It hurt the company. Still looking to be profitable by end of year 1997. Bob feels better about the company. Shareholders have the opportunity to purchase company produces at reduced prices until Dec 31, 1996. I will post the price list if anyone is interested. Flashback 18 Min $189 + 7.75% CA Sales Tax + (Est) $5.00 UPS Ship. This has to be B3 model (a better model). Good Guys sell one for $149.00 and I believe its an older model B1 or B2.
