Re: We employeePoriser

1:41AM EDTAs a Cendant employee myself too, I am disappointed to see
the nightmare from April still hasn't finished yet. So far,
business is usual to the subsidiaries, but it did affect some
of the future plans and mainly, employees' motivation.
It is hard to see my own company's stock is not doing well,
especially I have bought some too. And now, I am stuck because
it's too low for me to sell now. Not to mention that it
affects our employees' 401K plans too.

On the positive side, most Cendant' subsidiaries are in excellent
shapes now, mainly because summer is our strong
season. For instance, real estate and travel are as hot as the
recent weather, our subsidiaries such as Century 21, ERA,
Coldwell Banker, Travelodge, Ramada, Avis...etc are doing great.
Then the Cendantsoft division (Blizzard, Knowledge Adventure,
Sierra...etc) is doing marvelously with record sales in both
entertainment and educational fields. Anyway, with the strong
summer season upon all the subsidiaries, we hope we can do a
major liftup in the next quarter earning. We know our
company's stock has the ability to move back up later, but we
just don't know how long it will take to rebuild people' confidences again.
