unfortunately, i will be out of circulation for the next 3 months. i am in the us navy on a submarine and it leaves soon. my current holdings i feel are pretty good. ingles markets imkta just went through a correction and it may be a good buy point. alta gold is a nice turnaround candidate which is doing well and should continue to do so. gold is down significantly recently and alta is NOT. just says good things are happenning. i would buy at 3 3/4 if it gets there again. i will post more on what research and analysis i do when i return from sea. virg
