Read the fine print! The press releases indicate the size of the inventory order stream that NHMCF will be managing for hospitals through the hub and spoke system over the next 5-10 years. They also indicate that NHMCF expects to capture 6-9 % of the hospital inventory orders it will be managing. No revenue from these sources was recognized in the past year. If we use 10 years and 6% to be conservative, the numbers in the press releases indicate that, provided the letter of intent is fulfilled, and NHMCF maintains its current sources of revenue, then NHMCF has locked in rapid revenue growth for next year through its hub and spoke agreements. What's more, the fact that NHMCF could secure such hub and spoke agreements with hospitals suggests great potential for further growth. So unless NHMCF is out of cash or the letter of intent has fallen through, it's very hard to understand the slide in stock price.
