RE: Tomato Horn Worms

Are these the cute little light green catapiller looking worms with black dots ringed in red on their sides with what looks like a tiny rhino horn at the head of the little critter?

I'd like to know where they come from, too. Also, why it seems I find them most at the tops of the plants.

Seems they like green peppers, also. I found two large ones had dined on one of the plants I have. Opened up the plant big time. At least I can count the fruit now.

Yes, my peppers are finally setting. I'm shaking them after watering, also (thanks Jack!).
