Jim, Well we don't know what the breakout means... we could go through a lengthy basing period or we could move up strongly... and there is always the possibility it will continue down. So don't read too much into the breakout! And to Jef... I am e-mailing you the correlation between DOW and VGY showing we are on the verge of another sell-off. (BWDIK) Bill
