Morning everyone. As a side plug for upstate NY, Ithaca is beautiful and Tomato Woman is talking about moving there. Nice place.

For all you tech heads out there, please understand that I am not one. I can barely tell the difference between an ISDN and a twisted pair (a twisted pair of what, I don't know). The fly in our soup yesterday was a big yellow rubber wheeled backhoe that was on the street and couldn't tell a tree root from a fibre optic cable. When I left the parking lot, using my very capable New York City "sign language", I expressed my opinion as to the quality of his work!

We did not talk much tech. I took another tour to see the progress of the construction and talked about the new web site and the next move of the company and the future of FNTN. Most heartening news was that the auditors are due to arrive very soon to start the reporting for the SEC. Auditors room is about done and the new computers for the work stations are there. I am excited that the auditing process is happening fast. I believe this will add a credibility which is most important to new investors, large and small.

New web site is very slick. Will have all the portfolio tracking, news updates, financial links that the public will need. I will no longer need to use the Yahoo portfolio tracker as everything I need will be on the FNTN site. When we do go live, there might be some pages of the site that are listed, but not active yet. They are getting them done as fast as they can and each week we will see more and more added to the site. Your first day on the new site will not be the permanent site. It will grow and grow each week. Please repeat that to yourselves three times each day. That being said, what you will see will make you VERY happy. A 21 tomato salute to Maura, Michael, Kevin, Barry, and all the people in the tech room.

OK, now the future of FNTN. Does BLUE SKY mean anything to anyone? We stood around for a few minutes and spoke of industries that could use what we have. Couldn't think of one that couldn't. Will tell you that as we were talking pipe dreams, I got more and more excited as I started to REALLY understand the universal applications of the Intranet.

WARNING: PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Personal thoughts and unbridled enthusiasm portion below!

Now most of you know that I am not a great numbers man and will never be the brightest bulb in the pack, but I was born with both eyes open and a big dash of common sense. I have not seen potential in a company like this one in a long time. At 65 cents I don't see anything out there that has the profit potential like FNTN. Common sense tells me that if I can walk through a man's field and buy a great fresh unpicked tomato from the farmer at .65, and take that tomato to the city which is tomato crazy, where in one day, one tomato opened at $18 and closed in the $60's AND they don't expect to make a sauce from it for 2 to 3 years, I would be the biggest jackass in the yard if I did not go long and large on this farmers tomatoes.

Peaceful, don't know nothing about no modems. This must have been discovered after I left. Not worried though. Must get my first cup of Joe for the morning and the wicker chair I'm sitting in is beginning to bite through my BVD's. Will post more later.
