Ma'm, I wouldn't waste another minute with this lemon computer. Take it today to Best Buy and demand your money back or another computer (if you want to take that chance). In my office we had a similar experience with the purchase of a new CPQ. One year later I ordered a Gateway and I can't begin to tell you what a great experience I've had with Gateway technical support. Know that I own CPQ shares and it is stories like these that really make me angry. CPQ and the people they get to sell their products must do a better job. I'm serious, take it back today. Good luck.
