We need to define who would be included and the extent of the action. The possibility of a new listing sounds much better! Nevertheless, I'm prepared to follow this one through to the end. We would need to chose 1 representative and then organize a list of 1000 investors who may be wiliing to kick in a few hundred dollars each to get it going. Interesting, KRy shareholders are suing the company. KRY dropped from $12.00 to $1.00.
