Ron good posts. If everyone sticks to the facts, then we can act like investors and not complainers. I was also on the conference call yesterday with CAWS, Alex Brown, Smith Barney, GKM, others. Not much to say, that has not been covered in press releases. JA was very angry, he has lost 10s of millions over the last 3 months, and yes the only selling he was doing, was margin calls. CAWS can fix the LOS problems as stated with 400' towers and the moving of certain boosters. They have 1.3 millions LOS homes ready right NOW! in Boston and Virginia Beach. CAWS is still in negotiations with BANX and was said to have talked to them yesterday and were going to talk again after the conference call. CAWS will not reveal "Plan B" until the talks with BANX are finished (year end goal). The only mismanagement CAWS can be guilty of is believing what the RBOCs have told them. If you want to sue someone, go after the RBOCs if they continue to screw this thing up. I still think, based on JAs attitude that the agreement will get done to some degree. Hang in there, I strongly believe that this is a great technology and will prove itselft in the long run.
