Hi Gordon, I didn't imply that DeBeers would give up there portion of the M1. The issue was in reference to a concern that DeBeers may stall and limit development of the M1. In such event a stipulation was defined within the contract, which states that DeBeers must proceed in mining the M1 in a period which does not exceed (4) months from the day in which the permit is obtained.
