Well, I wish you all the best, Jane. Personally, after my experiences with ADLP and TVSI, I realized that any attempt at pursuing redress through the regulatory agencies is not going to get very far unless there is some political advantage in it for them. The number of cases being prosecuted and ending in convictions are but a hair on the behind of a mite on the back of a flea on an elephant.

Take ADLP for example. Here's a company that's never even put out a viable product or service ! (At least JAXI built three houses.) And now, after doing a reverse split, their share price has gone from a nickel to over 2.50 !! And it closed up a half dollar Yesterday ! This is a company that is totally and completely based on pumping sunshine, and yet they all of a sudden are up a half a buck on no news whatsoever.

I filed a complaint with the SEC on ADGI almost a year ago, and have only received one reply from them, requesting my e-mail address and phone number. I haven't heard from them since.

The problem will not be solved until there are sweeping changes in our government, from the top down. All the good old boys and corrupt swine must go. Our government has become a bad joke, and we are the laughing stocks of the world.

One change that badly needs to be made, and soon, is a revision of the "Save Harbor Act". This act is nothing less than a license for fraud. It allows scumbags to set up these phony companies, make all kinds of extravagant claims about products and services they are going to offer, "joint ventures", "letters of agreement", potential contracts, etc., and then never carry through with any of it. All they have to do is say "Oh, well it just didn't work out. Sorry. That's the way business is sometimes, har har har." And then they waltz off to the Bahamas or Rio with another few million that they've stolen from little old ladies and working people desperately trying to build up enough of a nest egg to survive the inevitable economic collapse that's coming when Social Security collapses.

Believe me, Jane, there will be a time when all these roaches will have to give an accounting for their actions, whether it be in front of a firing squad, or the throne of the almighty, or both.
