Be very careful with this one. This project has been in the works for about 4 years. Management has diluted their percentage of the deal through those years, and obtained the right to issue 100 million shares. When the stock briefly ran up over $4.00 the VSE bulletins, available to the public, showed management selling a lot of shares. Whether through incompetency or hardship, or a combination of both, they have been unable to make the promised headway for that long a period. The point being, would you want your money invested there if it takes another 4 years or longer, and the deal is further diluted?
