'Let's see, what has c.s.y2k discovered (or hyped):

Time Dilation
specifics on forward testing Pee Cees
Railswitch (I proudly claim to be the vector for this 'myth'.)
Commercial Ships
GPS ground segment and space segment support (we need an update.)
tm_year (This was co-discovered by my geekette pal in discussion w/ me.
I claim bragging rights for publicizing it)
S/34, S/36, S/38 mortality (and the unavailable patch)
SVC-11 (known issue but needs to be publicized better.)
Telco Switches ARE a problem. (6 months ago, Telco denial-heads ruled,
not now.)

I know there are lots of others. We need to collect the problems caused
by dumb programming. No matter how dumb a technique may be, someone is
running it in production, somewhere.
