All knowing one, Karnak of the thread, a few questions: Since there is a perception that Q management has a communications problem, management must necessarily have a communications problem; anyone know what management is doing/going to do about it? With the 3G battle reaching into congressional subcommittees, is it mere groundling paranoia to worry about generally negative perceptions of management becoming political realities with long term effects? And finally, anyone know what DC govt relations firm is handling this for Q? (Is it director Brent Scowcroft's group?) Thx DTA
