Do people here read any previous posts?? We make progress by taking the already known and going from there. No need to reinvent the wheel every few hours. Everyone should read the new S-1/A. I can't get the link to stick here so go to Kimberly's post (which you need to read anyway): Message 5234914. The split doesn't change % ownership but the offering does. TSQD will now own 18.92% of the company, down from 23.3%. (It's even less counting fully diluted shares.) Each share of TSQD has a claim of .3 shares of DRIV. The formula that matters in the short term is TSQD = .3 x DRIV; it ignores any value TSQD might have without DRIV and the discount that might apply. (Read siliconinvestor.com Wade
