Trade deficit can be attributed to Bill's excellent Chinese adventure. He went to china and said in his Arkansas twang, "hey there my little yellow friend, give me some money to help pay for my legal defense fund and give my a couple of them chinese honey's-cuz I can't get any at home if ya know what I mean- and I'll have more American companies lay off American's so they can set up shop here in China! Hey, is that peking duck on that plate over there?"
