Mel, it seems the company sold half the farm with their Reg S offering, those shares can be converted to an additional 8 million shares at 50 cents... 4 million shares at a dollar a share. Looks like we have a serious dilution problem. In addition Telechips IR guy says the company is looking for more equity through, you guessed it, ..... another stock offering! Anyway, i bought about 50k shares this week, it seems like the company finally has some direction (the gambling market); hopefully they'll get there without screwing the existing shareholders. rick
