The transports performed what this amateur elliotician regards as a failed fifth wave (I talked to another this morning who thought 5th was completed on 4/22) with a nasty reversal. In 7/20 IBD is a headline story about the government crackdown on airlines. The transports were a leading indicator on the January rally and blasted out of an ascending triangle.
