I have held Naxos stock for 3 1/2 years. In the past, I have been complacent, always believing that there were "problems" but that the underlying "new technology" and the FL property would ultimately bear fruit. At this point, I am very wary and very angry. It is evident that there is much insider information that is not given to the shareholders. It is also evident that the officers and directors of the company have had much infighting at the expense of the shareholders.

I have a large enough holding for the collapse of the stock to hurt.
In the past, I have always held on because I believed in the news releases and the Ledoux assay results.

My questions are: What can the current board possibly say at the up-coming board meeting? Are we supposed to believe anything they say? Why can't we receive a "plan of action". It seems that whenever anyone requests such a plan, the directors pointedly ignore the request. How can this company go forward with the present leadership?

I have never posted on SI before inasmuch as I feel I really don't have enough knowledge to comment on anything. However, I read the posts every day to try to keep up with Naxos. The fact that I am posting my comments indicates just how angry I am.

At this point, I am thoroughly disillusioned.
