The DOJ has a US$94 million budget for everything it does. Orrin Hatch is trying to grind that up to US$98 million. MSFT's legal bill is US$130 and meaningless to them. Even so the DOJ can hardly afford to play what they think is checkers; but the game is chess. Bill
