If you'll look at the bottom of almost all news announcements, it states something to the effect that these are forward-looking projections protected under the Safe Harbor act, and actual results may differ markedly from projections. I forget when it was passed, but it wasn't very long ago, and I'm sure Republicans were behind it. John
