Hello Vic, I have read the article and have long known about the shark tank they call the OTC/NASDAQ market. DROM is just another play for the MM's. They botched the first time and covered their backsides later when news dried up and the small cap sector cooled off. That is why I've never understood why a computerized auction isn't the only way to go but then again, that would cut the BIG $$$ out of the MM's pocket and they will do anything not to let that happen. The remainder of this post is not DROM related but I have no way to send it email.....sorry...MH As to my negativity, it was not directed at you from a personal nature, only one of let it go. There is always more to a story than we rarely get to know at the time an event takes place and that was all I was ever trying to convey. Many people were told many things from both sides and somewhere inbetween lies the truth in all probability. I have pretty good sized positions in both companies and still do. I have not flipped a share although in retrospect, I would have(GGGGGG). I knew after the Dayton meeting that these two had problems but didn't have a handle on the contract situation. That was a lesson I won't have to relearn. I've been investing for 20 years which isn't all that long and I never cease to learn. I find that the more I think I know, the more I have to learn. I've never seen in my 6+ years online, a situation where hard negative questions asked to people in position to answer ever get anything accomplished in a public forum. Many times, one can get an answer email or over the phone, then relay the info to the public forum in a way that doesn't totally damage those still in. I hope you understand my viewpoint and I wish you the best as I know we are in the same camp.... Email was the appropriate way to get at all that and this post would have been there but that option was not available to me.... MH
