The last time I checked with Eric, he was explaining that the antenna's were too expensive. He was trying to come up with manufacturing spec's on an antenna that would work for the requisite range, and keep the cost of the unit down. The patent and the technology we have theoretically paid for is the capturing of data and the digitized signals resulting therefrom. As I understand it, all that works. Yet to be profitable, he has to keep the cost of the unit down. We told him about the stupidity of a reverse split. He didn't listen. Perhaps now he can better appreciate the knowledge of his shareholders. He admittedly perceived a problem with the amount of shares authorized and outstanding. He just solved it incorrectly. At the end of the day, he remains a penny stock with no whole dollar price in sight. We've got to begin to see some progress on the cash machine implementation and completion/manufacturing of airlink before this stock will move an inch. Without it, we will bleed back down to the teens, regardless of book value, given his cash burn rate. Mark
